Indicator system for the pricing of wastewater reuse

Wastewater reuse has been playing an important role in dealing with the scarcity of water resources and water pollution. This paper presents an indicator system for the pricing of wastewater reuse. It is then followed by an analysis about the wastewater reuse in China. The used database aims to investigate the parameters influencing the pricing of wastewater reuse. It is worthy mentioning that Indicator selection, weighting value evaluation, factor analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis are performed to discuss the multi-parameter indicator system. Then based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, those indicators could be identified, which makes it feasible to provide suggestions for Chinese wastewater reuse management.
