摘要

Foundation pit is a synthetic engineering related to rock and soil engineering, structural engineering and environmental engineering. Taking Bank of China Mansion in Wuhan as an example, this paper analyzed the influence factors, including the bottom soil raise, destroy due to maintaining and protecting structure unsteady state and surrounding surface subsidence. By using many monitoring methods, such as displacement and subsidence monitoring of maintaining wall and surroundings as well as groundwater level, etc, the construction method could be conducted, the design could be adjusted and the informational construction method could be achieved through the monitoring results. The engineering example indicated that the excavation method still could cause serious impact on surrounding environment when design is rational and support system meets the stable demands.
