After one year's preparation, technical exchange and negotiation, Bengang thin slab continuous casting and rolling line project had been established with the scale and configuration mentioned in this paper so that the production capacity and quality requirement of this rolling line would be satisfied. This paper emphasized on the introduction of the thin slab continuous casting and rolling line project of Benxi Iron & Steel CO. LTD, including the production mix, main process description and equipment configuration features, and basic and process control function.
