Technical Innovation and Practical Experience of Ultra Thin Slab Casting and Rolling in TISCO

摘要

This paper describes the technology improvement of the submerged entry nozzle, the mold powder, the ferritic rolling and the semi-endless rolling of the ultra thin slab casting and rolling in TISCO. With the practice and innovation, the annual production of the hot coil reaches 3.01 million tons and the process technology is now in the first rank of the world steel industry.
