AN EVALUATION OF CALIBRATION BATHS USING THE RESISTANCE RATIO OF TWO PRECISION THERMOMETERS

摘要

The objective of this paper is to develop a specific procedure of a metrological evaluation of calibration baths in high precision comparison calibrations. The measurement procedure is suitable for calibration laboratories without a multiplexer in the high precision temperature measurement. The advantage of this method is a reduction of the B-type uncertainty and enables the calibration bath characterization at the lowest uncertainty level.
