摘要

An regional optimal operation of water quantity and quality based on the drainage decision proposed with the concepts of soil salinity threshold, the function of the water and salt, the rule of water and soil movement and critical underground water level, aimed at preventing soil salinization in irrigation district, furthermore, combined with the real conditions of ChangMa irrigation district in ShuLeHe drainage area. The solution of the model gives the optimal irrigation and drainage policies, regulation process of underground water level, variation process of soil salinity in the different crops planted area over a year, optimal leaching water over a growing season and optimal operation of water quantity and water quality aimed at preventing soil salinization etc.
