A lunar landing mission (SELENE-B) was planned in Japan. A scientific investigation plan using a rover is proposed. To clarify the origin and evolution of the moon, the early crustal formation probably from the magma ocean should be investigated. A direct geologic investigation at a crater central peak, "a window to the interior", now has the highest priority. We propose corporative mission using a lander and a rover, where detailed analyses of samples from the rover are done at the lander. Primary scientific instruments are a multiband camera, a gamma ray spectrometer, a sample grinder, and sampling system on the rover, and a multicpectral narrow angle environmental camera using AOTF and a sample analysis package with X-ray spectrometer/diffractometer and a multispectral microscopic camera.
