Urban fire colligation prevention and cure is very important meaning on restricting fire and reducing personnel casualty and possession expense when disaster happened, it has an assure and hasten function to urban economy build and society economy development in line.The thesis is based on fire control safety engineering and systematic safety engineering theory, combining the city's development characteristic of our country and the fire control safety management state, has set up the idea of urban fire colligation prevention and cure.Aiming at neural network being easy to fall into some extremely local smallness and causing the defect of evaluation index weight value distribute unreasonable, this paper has proposed a model of colligation prevention and cure appraisal of urban fire based on neural network and hereditary algorithm, The model regards fire risk and different prevention and cure strategy as the input unit, the effect of prevention and cure as the output unit, adopting the error against arithmetic to train BP network. It proves the validity of this model to study the embodiment.
