摘要

This paper presents a Hierarchical Decision Model with the binary dynamic programing algorithem for the optimization of multireservoir system in cascade, The multireservoir system in cascade is aggregated into an equivalent reservoir, it is the second level of the hierarchical structure, and the system operator is the first level, the reservoir in cascade is the third level. A mathematical model is set up to represent the controlling of the first level to the second level,it is the main model, and the dynamic programming is employed to find the optimal decision of the main model. A submodel is set up to represent the controlling of second level to third level, and the dynamic programming is again employed to make the optimal decision of the submodel, but it is different with the former. A case with two reservoirs in cascade is used to test the effectiveness of this model and it's algorithem.
