New Low-Range Pressure Standard at NIM, China

摘要

The National Institute of Metrology has completed a new micro-manometer that uses laser interferometer and ultrasonic technique. This manometer operates up to 2500Pa with an expanded (k=2) uncertainty of U=0.08Pa. Its completion improved the automatization level and its accuracy, but most important for us is the accumulation of such experience and experiment which will provide great idea and helps for the research of a renewal standard aftertime.
