摘要

The sensor conditioner is the interface circuit connecting DAS(date acquisition system) and measurement and control system. Using DSP imbedded in signal conditioner, the sensor's zero offset, zero temperature drift, full scale temperature coefficient and nonlinearity are automatically digitally calibrated and compensated. A new device(MAX1460) is now available to perform the arithmetic operation required to compensate pressure sensors. Multiple sensor conditioner are connected in distributed measurement and control system through CAN controller, compose a smart measurement network. CAN is serial bus protocol being primarily intended for transmission of control related date between a number of bus nodes. Due to transmit digitally, the communication's liability is accelerated.
