摘要

This paper presents a prototype of helico-axial pumps, the total construction and design method of main parts of this pump, such as impeller, guide vanes and volute case are suggested. Selection rulers and extents of main design parameters are discussed. Accordingly, the prototypes of helico-axial pump were designed and manufactured. On this base, performances of the prototype pump under two-phase fluid condition containing of water and air were investigated, and the test results were analyzed profoundly.
