The Mechanism Analysis of Water-Washing in the Oil-Water Separator

The water-washing is a technique in the oil-water process , which has been gradually introduced to crude oil dehydrating techniques in recent years. The paper describes, analysis and discuss the physical process of the water-washing flow field, up and down velocity of the droplets and droplets interface film cutting and breaking mechanism, and think that the droplets trace is a space curve, the droplets velocity is the function of whirl vector and time; the oil droplets velocity across water-washing layer is far more then the water droplets through oil layer; there are three to control distortion and crack of droplets interface film, of these, the number weber controls droplets crack.
