摘要

Outer energy is required in heat transfer enhancement by vibration and so this approach cannot be applied in industry. Outer energy is not required in fluid induced vibration but for a long time, it was strictly forbidden as an accident in the operation course of heat exchangers. A new heat transfer element is put forward in this paper which can not only induce fluid to vibrate continuously but also cause no damage to heat transfer elements. Theoretical analysis and experimental study are performed on it and a new way of heat transfer enhancement by fluid induced vibration is formed.
