Gas phase reactions involving fluorofullerene single charged anions, produced via surface thermal ionization in the Knudsen cell conditions were studied by means of mass spectrometric ion/molecule equilibria technique. The ions were generated in the vapors of pre-synthesized C_(60)F_(18), C_(60)F_(36) and C_(60)F_(48) compounds as well as in the gas phase over C_(60)/CoF_3 solid mixture. In all the cases only anions with odd number of fluorine atoms were registered, while neutral component of the gas phase is represented exclusively by C_(60)F_(2n) molecules with even numbers of F atoms. Measurements of the equilibrium constants of various F or F exchange reactions led to determination of fluorine and fluorine anion affinities for the series of charged and neutral fluoroderivatives of C_(60) with vide range of fluorine content.
