Study on Improving Crack Resistance of Mortar of New Energy-efficient Wall Materials

摘要

This paper mainly discussed a kind of anti-crack mortar that used for the external wall with thin plastering. This mortar was ready mixed in the factory, and then can be used immediately at construction spot after adding water. The purpose of this work was to evaluate the anti-crack property of this mortar through analyzing the changes of ratio of compressive and flexural strength, freeze-thaw resistance, dry shrinkage of the mortar when different proportion of dispersible emulsion powder was added in, meanwhile analyzing the measures which can improve the properties of anti-crack mortar from the aspect of construction, such as covering mesh clothe brushing the elastic protective liquid etc.
