摘要

The technical route, performance characteristic and its main application domain of a new type modification melamine superplasticizer have been introduced in this article. According to the design theory of molecule structure, six-step synthetic has been invent, a primary functional group (Sulfonic group and hydroxy group) with anion surface activity has been made, macromolecule polymer (polyimide) side chain with a extend quality has been inducted on the main structure at the same time. The melamine water-reducing admixture being modified has not only the charge repulsion on Sulfonic group and hydroxy group, but also the retard on the second aggregation because of the macromolecule side chain's space steric hindrance, which make this high performance keeping in disperse performance in a long time and with high dispersion performance, and it's can be found out from the better plastic-reserving ability. The perfect results have been proved from its engineer application in producing precast member, clear water concrete.
