The results of the study of the physical properties and biological tests on adaptability in vitro of the new type of porous composites based on NiTi alloy are presented. The well known properties of NiTi alloy: shape memory effect and biocompatibility in case of the composite material of the type "melted kern - porous cover" result in the new quality of clinical treatment of severe periodontal diseases..
