This paper analyzes the use of primary,primary/secondary pumping in ice storage system. Points out that even if the constant speed pumps are used ,the primary/secondary pumping system is energy saving , the increase in first cost is not large,the simple payback year is short,and it's control is simple.So,in ice storage system, the primary/secondary pumping system as compared with the primary system is a better way.
