A multidisciplinary human reliability analysis (HRA) framework is currently beiAg--developed that more realistically represents the roles of humans in the initiai-ton, prevention and mitigation of accidents at nuclear power plants [1, 2]. This framework will support the characterization of errors of commission (EOCs) and human dependences as well as guide their representation (i.e., modelling and quantification) in probabilistic risk analyses (PRAs).
