摘要

During the designing process of any electromechanical converter it is needed to solve both the problem of the electromagnetic field and the mechanical equation to study the converter's dynamic behavior. This paper presents shortly the designing of an electromechanical step by step converter starting from the classic method of designing of the synchronous converters and finalizing by the mechanical analyses; the results obtained by solving the electromagnetic filed problem are inserted into a Simulink model that simulates the mechanical equation, obtaining in this way the converter's dynamic behavior.
