摘要

Investigation of influence leading edge roughness (LER) on propeller hydrodynamic characteristics is presented, Expediency of applying LER on blade surface boundary layer for propeller models at the range of Reynolds number Rn_D=(0.3-1 .0)*10~6 is shown. The data of laminar area in blade surface flow are considered. Calculation of blade element drag (C_D) and lift (C_L) coefficient with the use of computer program "SEP-2000 "is implemented. It is shown the effectiveness of application of the correction on LER drag and lift (ΔK_T , Δ K_Q) for curves K_T(Rn,J) and K_Q(Rn,J). The calculation result as the data which allow to determine the law of equivalent profile as a function of Reynolds number and advance ration at different conditions of the blades propeller model tests. Application of LER allows to exact the method propeller open-water test.
