Powdery Emulsion Explosive and Its Safety

摘要

Powdery Emulsion Explosive is a new industrial explosive with excellent performance. In this paper, its microstructure, performance, production technique, safety and other physical and chemical characters were introduced. Results showed the safety in the production, transportation, storage and use of PEE was ensured.
