摘要

Semiconductor Bridge (SCB) is the most element of SCB initiator. Its configuration and the SCB operational principle play an important role in the research of SCB initiator. This paper researched electrical explosive characteristic of the semiconductor bridge under the mode of capacitor discharge excitation through the function process of SCB, time that SCB produce plasma to discharge and the ablations of SCB. The results will benefit the similar engineering in the future.
