The experiment of moisture absorption was carried out under the condition of certain temperature and humidity about ignition powder of Mg-Al-KNO_3. In experiment, five samples were tested. Four samples were chosen through altering content of charcoal powder, purity of KNO_3 and density of ignition powder. The fifth one was ignition powder of B-KNO_3 that was used extensively. The result of experiment suggested that moisture absorption of ignition powder of Mg-Al-KNO_3 had great relation with KNO_3 ,C and the density of the ignition powder. The alacrity metals, such as Mg, Al, strengthened moisture absorption of ignition powder, and increased its surplus increment after dryness.
