By analyzing the failure of semiconductor bridge (SCB) initiator, the compatibility between the land of SCB and ignition powder was studied in this paper. The result showed that just the corrosion which occurred between KC1O_3 and aluminum lands lead to the failure. To conduct the contrastive research, other metal land was used. At last, the concrete measures to prevent SCB initiator failure were put forward.
