The study of a tanker (may also be FSO or another floating structure) motion moored to a fixed platform or to a single point mooring (SPM) under environmental influence is presented. The offloading device consists of coupled hinged yokes arranged at a turntable equipped by mooring and a fluid concentric swivel allows the tanker to swing freely around the device in response to changes in the environment. An oil supply hose is arranged at the yoke end, and a polyester mooring rope runs from the turntable to a receiver system at the tanker nose. A weather-vane capability of the device should be simulated in design process. An influence of wind, sea current, waves or a floating ice is to be taken into account. Also, behavior of an integrated mooring and fluid transfer system arranged at a rotating turntable is of interest. The brief results of the simulation of the tanker and the device dynamic behavior are presented. The example of simulation is shown.
