The usual reliability coefficient, based on the distribution of probability related to load and stress, seems to be inadequate, since different components and therefore different structural behaviors correspond to the same resultant. It seems appropriate therefore to add a non probabilistic fuzzy type of undetermination coefficient to the usual reliability coefficient. In this context, the fundamental aspects of some informational entropy coefficients (of probabilistic type as well as non probabilistic and fuzzy type) are expressed with the aim to account for the proposed coefficient.
