MONITORING AND DIAGNOSIS OF LARGE SCALE INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS

摘要

A lot of attention has been paid towards automated fault detection and diagnosis systems but there is still some work to do with utilizing the available methods into real industrial processes. The main challenges are usability, reliability and easy installation. Usability and reliability are important, because in a trouble situation operators need to make quick decisions using available information presented by the system. The system should also be possible to set up as a normal automation delivery project with very limited amount of time. In this paper, one possible solution is proposed to meet these challenges.
