Pixel Designs with Parallel and Cascade Charge Pump Circuits

摘要

Low driving-voltage is necessary for reducing the power consumption of display and cutting down the driver IC's cost. In this paper, the novel display pixels with integrated charge pump circuits are proposed. The pixel voltage could be raised to more than double input voltages by the proposed pixel design.
