摘要

To efficiently control agricultural non-point source pollution confronts lots of difficulties when we implement only engineering and technical methods regardless of the outstanding conflict between economy developing and environment protecting in Chinese watershed. An interval numbers optimization model was adopted to study the relationship between land use and agricultural nutrient pollution control at the lowest cost in Wuchuan Catchment of upstream Xixi River in Jiulong watershed, Fujian Province. Furthermore, seven management practices to reduce non-point source pollution, respective different types of land utilization, are set up suitably according to the features of the catchment. Both land utilization pattern of agricultural processes and land use pattern of pollution control practices implemented are analyzed by this system model. Results indicate that the current land utilization patterns of the catchment need to be improved, and that farming habits and management practices situation there should be ameliorated too. To achieve a reasonable and applicable program, the decision maker can integrate the solutions of the model with his experience and other relevant information jointly. The generated program can guarantee a maximized economic output within the limit of non point source pollution contribution. The inexact system programming model supplies a number interval considering enough the complexity of agricultural non-point source pollution and the uncertainty during decision-making processes.
