摘要

The investigation aiming at the mechanism of surface roughness forming of anode workpiece in processing of electrochemical finishing was carried out in this paper. The factors which affect the obtained surface roughness of the anode workpiece, including the initial surface micro-profile of the anode, the surface roughness of the cathode and the uneven distribution of the material of the workpiece were researched. The research results show that the final obtained surface roughness is the interactive results of the "memory effect" of the surface micro-profile of the workpiece, the "copy effect" of the surface micro-profile of the cathode and the uneven distribution of electrochemical equivalent of the anode workpiece.
