Workflow technology and knowledge management in construction process

摘要

In the construction context the production process involves a large number of operators with heterogeneous roles and diffused knowledge. Knowledge flows in communication process is a key issue for analysing the knowledge management in organisational systems goal oriented and for managing human resources. The paper is focussed on knowledge capturing through an analysis model of the communication processes supported by a Workflow technique of knowledge representation. A Workflow technique allows an analysis of the production process specifying, for each role: actions, communication and knowledge. The approach aims at developing the analysis of the decisional process, process of extraction and creation of knowledge emphasizing a self-elicitated knowledge representation. This study is devoted to the analysis of Workflow technology in the field of the construction process control.
