Corresponding to the individualization and diversification of consumer behavior, retailing is constantly reinvented itself. Many practices that were once commonplace have changed owing to more sophisticated technological advances. As a new trend of retailing, e-retail may surpass traditional retail in satisfying customer demand, efficiency of information feedback and market development. But the key to success of e-retail is to synchronize the commodity distribution rapidity and efficiency with the on-line trade. Unfortunately, today in China, there is still a problem in retail logistics, especially in e-retail. To drive the e-retail to further development, it is necessary to study its distribution mode. Based on the research of the theory of e-retail and logistics, this article aims at the analysis of e-retail's actuality and its logistics traits in China, discovering the problems of the distribution of e-retail in China, and providing a choice through comparing the existing distribution modes. Furthermore, this article brings forward a cooperative distribution mode with less transaction, which can be a reference aid for e-retailers.
