The development of the chemical process industries has accounted also the increasing requirements concerning both quality and physical properties of the final products. One of the fundamental operations in the final treatment of the chemical product is the process of crystallization which has been growing attention. This interest is motivated by the fact that the final stage of the manufacture of crystalline products affects considerably their purity and if may remove, or reduce markedly, such undesirable properties as caking tendency, high handling losses due to dusting, etc. The high temperature sensitivity of final product was chosen the salting-out crystallization system. We present the results of crystallization of dye by concentration change of dye and salt, using a salting-out crystallization. Further research was focused on research the physical properties of dye solution and the weight mean size and CSD change by time.
