摘要

A process defined as "mapping trajectory pursuit (MTP)" was introduced to cell mapping techniques based on spatial Poincare sections. Such an improvement brings about the exact determination of properties of all cells in analyzing sequences and further reduction in memory and computational time. For the purpose of prediction of stability boundary as a function of initial conditions (domains of attraction), an initial condition region was defined. The proposed method was then applied to analyze the aeroelastic behavior of an aeroelastic system with bilinear-type structural nonlinearity. Different types of periodic motions were determined through presentation of domains of attraction.
