1.The basic theory and concept of eco-industrial park1.1 The basic theoryThe recycling economy and industrial ecology has been become the basis of eco-industrial park theory since the 20th century. Industrial Ecology is a new way of thinking devoted to examine industrial relations system and the ecosystem, and a fully embodies comprehensive and integrated mind. It stressed that with the Ecology theory and method on industrial production, industrial production is just as a natural ecological system similar to the closed system. The "waste" or by-products in one cell, is the "nutrients" and inputs of raw materials in another cell. In this way, industrial enterprises near to each other can form an interdependent "industrial ecosystem" , similar to the process of the ecological food chain in the region. Recycling economy is in the short of closed-loop flow of material-based economy. It is characterized by material, energy echelon and closed-cycle use, discribed as the material flows economic model of "Resources → product → renewable resources".
