摘要

DC wind farm based on DC wind turbine will be one of alternative options for the future large-scale wind collection. Fluctuation in output power of wind generation system has negative effect on stable operation of power grid, so a coordinated control scheme of DC parallel wind farm power is provided in this paper. In this scheme, grid demands, wind turbine states and energy storage states of wind turbine energy storage system are comprehensively considered. Power commands are sent to DC wind turbines. Output power of generators and energy storage system is adjusted, so active power from wind farm can meet the demands of grid in certain range and greatly reduce the effect of wind farm power fluctuation. The results by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation have verified effectiveness of the control strategy.
