The electronic over-load protective relay is a kind of low-voltage apparatus that is mainly used with AC contactor to realize the protection of electrical motor. Its reliability directly influences the safely running of electrical motor. Based on all of the minimum cut sets of the electronic over-load protective relay developed by ourselves by qualitative analysis, this paper adopted the probability addition formulas method to calculate the probability configuration importance degree, the cumulative failure probability and reliability degree of the electronic over-load protective relay.
