Contrary to popular opinion there has never been a better time to be a project manager. First, according to every survey on the subject, more and more organizations are searching for, and hiring, people with experience and education in this emerging field.. And, second, once hired, these high-potential recruits are provided with a virtual smorgasbord of developmental opportunities including project management certificate training programs, international assignments, and degree programs of their choice. Additionally, many of the companies with whom we work have gone the extra, and hard, step of establishing a career in project management thus providing the project management professional a new route to the top of the organization.
