The paper presents the influence of heat treatment over the austenitic stainless steel structure and properties involve the biocompatibility.For this purpose, was elaborated a group of austenitic stainless steel implants,throughout in vacuum precision casting.In order to obtain a monophase structure (austenitical), the casting coupon it was submit at a heat treatment, who are parameters 1100℃/3h/water .
