Analysis of Key Technologies for Main Spindle System Involved in Superhigh Speed Grinding

摘要

This paper deals with superhigh speed grinding. Mechanism and advantages of superhigh speed grinding is explained, and its relative technologies are illustrated. Particulally,the paper emphasizes on high speed main spindle system (including bearings and driving modes), its key technologies are analysed in detail. A new type of SS-HP HJB for superhigh speed high power grinding main spindle system developed by Northeastern University is also introduced.
