Design for a Comprehensive Evaluation Information System of Urban Power System Planning

摘要

In the procedure of urban power system planning, it is needed to comprehensively evaluate some initial schemes to choose the optimum one. We have already made much achievement, but there is some problem. In the paper, we design a comprehensive evaluation information system of urban power system planning that is made up of several modules- the index choosing module, the weight ascertaining module, the data standardizing module, the method processing module, the user interface module, and so on. The concept of expressivity and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is hopefully provided to deal with the above problem.
