After discussing the obvious advantages to build up a information system using Web Service, this paper gives out a C/S+B/S hybrid structure system implementation scheme based on the technologies, standards and integration frameworks relating to Web Service distributed application system integration; focuses on the problems and characters of electric power enterprise information system. Finally, it gives out the electric power enterprise information integration solutions and enterprise information integration application program realization technologies based on Web Service.
