Several procedures for the technique of identification of nuclear and other alpha-emitting materials onrnthe results of investigation of its rare microparticles are developed. Multistage procedure is realized forrndetection and localization of such particles on the surface of different objects and in environmental samples.rnThis procedure uses well known alpha-track detectors CR-39 and two self-made devices. Conditions ofrndetection and localization of particles of different materials are estimated. Capabilities of subsequent analysis ofrnparticles by using SEM-EPMA and SIMS are demonstrated also on the results of real investigations.
