There are purchasing, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, sales, etc. in supply chain management. Distribution is the key to ensure the smooth process within supply chain. If there are no optimized resources allocation, inventory control, transportation plan and customer relationship management the effectiveness and efficiency will be affected, and the customer satisfaction will be impacted in the end. The ultimate objective of petroleum product distribution is to deliver the goods to customer at low cost, short cycle time, accurate and flexible. Modern management theory, information technology and optimization application can assist to those objectives realization. Multiple layers system optimization which included BPR (Business process reengineering), Mathematics modeling and information technology system has been presented.
