摘要

Modern weapon systems are more intelligent and roboticized, and require more efficiency for the weapon's test and diagnosis. A VXI-bus based distributed interactive automatic test and diagnosis system of weapon system, which can test the large weapons real time and parallel, is introduced in this paper. Various VXI & GPIB instrument can communicate with the interface of VXI & GPIB bus in this system, via VISA (Visual Instrument Standard Architecture) application programming interface. This system has a better ability of anti-disturb and enduring bad-condition, by compare of traditional test system. Various test nodes communicate by the way of distributed interactive interface, that is all nodes have a public communication adapter, DIS-link, through which data communicate by user defined test PDU (Protocol Data Unit). This distributed interactive test network has a loose architecture, which means the test node can be used by oneself or by multi-test nodes without any modification of hardware or software. In a word, this system has better parallel process ability, and more patulous ability, which can combine various test systems. Introducing of the system provide a way of exploring the improvement the weapon testing and diagnosing not only for the missiles, but also for other weapons.
