Through analyzing work system of PDC bit depending on its design theory, and taking bit, drill stem and derrick as a unified system, the dynamic simulation models of the PDC bit are established in this paper, including the longitudinal vibration, lateral vibration and torsional vibration models. Thereafter by means of the object-oriented method, the computer software for dynamic simulation analysis of PDC bit during drilling process is developed under the circumstance of Visual C++5.0. Bit's actual drilling process can be simulated and bit's various performance parameters are obtained using this software, so as to substitute computer simulation for full scale bench test and actual drilling process. Meanwhile this software can dynamically display the acceleration curve, velocity curve and unbalanced force and so on when bit running under the different drilling parameters, different drilling tool assemblies and different circumstances of rock, thus judging stand or fall of PDC bit designed and providing the facts of reasonable designing and using PDC bit.
