摘要

Real-Time Safety State Monitoring together with Life Management of High-Temperature Pressure Structural elements is a kind of modem technique to ensure safe and economic operation of the important elements of the power generating equipment. Based on damage mechanisms, and putting limit damage points and experimental points together, the paper has presented an experimental-theoretical approach of extrapolation equation worked out by the quadratic polynomial. According to the analysis of pipe stress and mat rial damage, systems of real-time safety state monitoring and life management of the main steam pipe are set up by use of the plan with the single network and that connected with network of the management information system (MIS). A number of application results are also reported.
