摘要

The metallurgical changes, mechanical properties, creep damage and rupture characteristics of dissimilar metal welded joint (DMWJ ) between martentic steel C SA213T91) and Bainitic Steel (12Cr2MoWVTiB) have been investigated by use of argon tungstun pulsed arc welding, high temperature accelerated simulation test, tensile, bend test, scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The experimental results are shown that the mechanical' properties of DMWJ of SA213T91/12Cr2MoWVTiB with the filler material between SA213T91 and 12Cr2MoWVTiB are superior to the others, and the DMWJ is lower in tendency to failure along the welding interface, its creep damage is less than those of the other two kinds of DMWJS. Meanwhile the causes of creep rupture and the fracture appearances of DMWJS are analyzed further in this paper.
